Feasibility Studies
Reviewing building and zoning codes to understand what is feasible for your property. The goal is to understand what you can build within your project constraints.
Schematic Design
Brainstorming conceptual ideas for the layout, look, and feel of your project. By the end of the schematic design phase, the direction of the project should be decided.
Construction & Permit Drawings
Production of drawings that include plans, elevations, sections, and details to submit for building permit and to ultimately build from. Developing your project’s design to ensure it is ready to be built.
Permitting & Bid Review
Facilitation the submission and presentation of your project through municipal and public reviews. This can include producing presentations for open forums and supporting in the discussion with other officials.
Construction Administration
During construction, things are bound to change. Whether there are hidden conditions or a change in material costs, we are here to review and adjust the design to ensure your project isn’t compromised, doesn’t break the bank, and gets built.
