Newfound Lake House
Bristol, NH
The primary floor underwent renovation to convert fragmented rooms into an airy, unified layout designed for entertaining and waterfront relaxation. A substantial three-season porch had previously divided the cooking and living zones, restricting movement. Reclaiming this area created an integrated core that flows naturally, enabling households to gather while preparing meals and unwinding.
Upstairs modifications enlarged the primary bedroom and introduced a new outdoor sitting area showcasing panoramic lake vistas, anchoring the residence within its landscape. Design choices prioritized both utility and inhabitant experience, converting a previously disconnected interior into a unified, hospitable residence.
