Replacing a smaller family cottage, this ground-up construction was designed with a goal to maximize the connection to the bay while providing a functional, expansive floor plan built for hosting. The heart of the home is a vaulted living space where the architecture disappears, leaving only the water, the sky, and the people inside it.
